Julie Jolley, President
Julie Jolley is a Registered Nurse who has worked with Encompass Health Home Health & Hospice for over twenty-one years in a variety of leadership roles, and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Home Health and Hospice Operations. As a member of the Encompass team, she has seen how Encompass Cares impacts employees and local communities.
Julie believes in the mission of Encompass Cares and values the ability to support employees in their time of need, to actively participate in community projects and to allow Encompass teams to participate in medical mission trips.

Chad Knight, Secretary
Chad Knight believes that each of us has an opportunity to give to those in need through our unique gifts and talents. Our regular investment in, and acts of, giving show us the differences that are possible throughout our communities.
Chad serves as general counsel of home health and hospice for Encompass Health. Prior to joining Encompass Health, he was general counsel of ZoomCare, assistant general counsel of PeaceHealth, a nonprofit health system, and also in private practice. He received a bachelor’s degree from Seattle Pacific University and a law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.

Mike Verner, Member at Large
Mike Verner believes all people are called by God to be humble, to put the needs and interests of others ahead of themselves, and to use their talents and resources in ways which positively impact the lives of others. Mike serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Encompass Health – Home Health & Hospice. For over 17 years, he has led a team of HR professionals committed to ensuring employees optimize their employment opportunities and experiences with Encompass Health.
Mike has a degree in Business Management from Oklahoma Christian University, and earned both the HRCI Senior Professional of Human Resources designation as well as the SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation during his tenure with Encompass Health.

Lisa Michaud, Executive Director
Lisa comes to Encompass Cares with a desire to serve and to address social and environmental problems both domestically and abroad. She believes businesses are uniquely situated to address social issues and have the social capital and capabilities to enact change which benefits both the business and the world.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Westminster College, and is the Executive Director of Human Resources for Encompass Health – Home Health and Hospice. In her 20 years in human resources in the health care industry, she has seen first-hand how employees want to make a difference not only at work but in their communities and in the world.
