Community Assistance
Our purpose is to assist those who desire to share their skills, talents and financial resources with those in need. If you are involved with a local community project that demonstrates that spirit and needs extra support, submit the Community Assistance Application to apply for a grant. Applicants for community assistance grants must be current Enhabit Home Health & Hospice employees.
Some of the community projects that we have sponsored include:
– Back to school drives for under-privileged children
– Food drives
– Christmas toy drives
– Fan drives
– Home health patient adaptive support
– Community events raising money and awareness for a variety of charitable organizations
