Memorial donations provide an opportunity to honor, celebrate and remember Enhabit Hospice patients while contributing to the Enhabit mission of A Better Way to Care. The Enhabit Cares Foundation supports hospice and home health patients and their families with costs of home adaptation, food, medical equipment and household supplies. Through international medical missions, we care for the medically underserved throughout the world, and our employees in need are assisted through emergency relief grants.

Donations to Enhabit Cares are tax-deductible and can be made through the mail using our printable donation form or online through PayPal. If using PayPal, please use the option to ‘Add special instructions to the seller’ to specify that the donation is in memory of a loved one from Enhabit Hospice so we can recognize your thoughtful gesture appropriately.
